SCHEDULE OF EVENTS FRIDAY AUGUST 9
--- afternoon before 3:00pm -- displays can be set up in The Barn, and tools for sales tables in the barns can be dropped off at your table but not set up. See note way below about "barns".
--- 3:30pm (NOTE TIME CHANGE) buffet dinner at Nonna Emilia's Restaurant. Address is 17210 SW Shaw St, Aloha, Oregon, 97007. You want to park on the south side of the building in the large lot. We had to move to the earlier time to accomodate everyone! They will provide lasagna, spaghetti, fettucine, and multiple pizzas. We have to pay all on one check, which Steve Crow will be handling, so be prepared to hand him $25.90 which includes an 18% gratuity. Drinks will be paid for individually. It is about 15 minutes from The Barn to Nonna Emilia's. Barns will be locked during this time. The restaurant doesn't open for dinner customers until after our arrival time, which will make parking and entry much easier!
--- 5:00pm (plus or minus) barns are unlocked and opened when we return from dinner. Displays will continue to be set up and can be viewed, and sellers with inside tables can put out their tools for sale! And fellowship continues!

BARNS -- The demand for display and sales tables far exceeded the capacity in the main barn. All displays will be together in the main barn, some sales tables will be in the main barn, some sales tables will be in what is usually the food serving barn. Sorry about that, but we wanted to be able to secure all of the tools on the sales tables by keeping them inside one of the barns.
UNLOADING AND LOADING -- The pop-up tents for lunch will take up much of the driveway in front of the barns. I'm not sure yet, but you will probably have to turn around in front of Bill's house and back down the driveway towards the barns to unload. Please don't dally, someone else will be right behind you wanting to be where you are!!!
REGISTRATION -- Registration is required to attend, which includes Friday and Saturday and the free lunch. Registration is required even if you don't stay for lunch.
RESPECT -- Bill and Sharon have graciously opened up The Barn for this event, please treat everything and everyone with respect.
ANY QUESTIONS -- Please respond to this email or text or call me -- Chuck Guilford (206)390-7869. Once I am at The Barn, my cell service is spotty especially inside the barns.
